The device is still in clean and tidy condition but has signs of use. Some small scratches and/or dents on the casing are permitted but nothing that affects the function of the machine. No damage to the screen and no faults with any of the system hardware.
The device may have several scratches and/or dents to the casing with some scratches on the screen. No dents or scrapes on the screen. The hardware of the system still functions.
The device is FAULTY. The device/s are damaged or unusable. This includes smashed screens, faulty hardware, and surface damages. The machine will not work but still has all parts present.
At Encore, we aim to deliver your device as quickly as possible. All devices undergo a rigorous testing process and we work hard to achieve a same day turnaround, but it does sometimes take longer so we cannot guarantee a despatch date.

Extended Christmas Returns
- We've extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. All orders placed between the 1st and 31st December can be returned until Monday 14th January 2019, rather than our usual 14 day return policy.
We at Encore PC pride ourselves on providing the best customer service experience we can. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your system, we would like to give you the opportunity to work with us to try and get the issue resolved. We want your full customer service experience to be a positive one.
All items (except Software) are eligible for our 14 day returns policy, and all devices come with at least a 90 day Return to Base warranty.
Your computer comes with a 90 Day Return to Base Warranty, so in the unlikely event that a fault occurs within your first three months, get in touch with our support team who will advise on how to return the device to us. Once we receive your device back, we will repair/replace any faulty components and return the device back to you (once repaired) using a next day courier service at no extra cost.
Open Box products come with a 12 month warranty. Where the remaining manufacturer warranty is less than 12 months, Stone Group will honour the shortfall, up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Covers all technical and hardware faults but will not cover user damage, if the item is purchased without an operating system we do not offer driver/Operating System support. Modifying your device in any way including carrying out home upgrades will invalidate any warranty. Warranty claims will not be accepted where the warranty seal has been broken.
