Delivery Information

At Encore, we aim to deliver your device as quickly as possible. All devices undergo a rigorous testing process and we work hard to achieve a same day turnaround, but it does sometimes take longer so we cannot guarantee a despatch date.

Christmas Delivery

Please place your orders by 12pm on Monday 17th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.
We will be shipping orders out via FedEx, DPD or Royal Mail during this period.

Our delivery services:

  • Standard Delivery from £2.95 or free when you spend £50.*
    Orders normally leave our warehouse in 2 to 3 working days (up to 7 working days for Apple devices) and are despatched by FedEx on a Next Working Day service.

  • Premium Delivery from £4.95*
    Orders leave our warehouse the same day if ordered before 12pm, or the next working day if after this time. A maximum of 10 devices can be sent on this service. Orders are despatched by FedEx on a Next Working Day service.

*Additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other offshore locations. Exact delivery costs will be shown during checkout.

Delays may occur during delivery that are out of our control. Please refer to the tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched for delivery information.

Apple Devices
These take longer to process so the Premium Delivery service is not available on these items. Please allow up to 7 working days for your item to be despatched.

All orders go through a rigorous pre-delivery inspection before we install your chosen operating system. We aim to dispatch all orders within the timescales stated above, however, there may be times where this is not possible (e.g. Components, chargers and accessories can fail quality control checks, or other reasons beyond our control). In these cases, we will dispatch your device as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.

All orders are dispatched using FedEx and in most cases, delivery takes place the next working day following despatch. However, as with all delivery services, there is a risk that orders may be delayed in transit.

FedEx offer an "all day" delivery window, which means your parcel could be delivered at any time between 8am and 6pm. If you are not in at the time of delivery, FedEx will leave a card with details of how you can re-arrange your delivery.

Any delays that occur once the item has left our warehouse are unfortunately out of control of the Stone Group/Encore.

  • Next day delivery is only available on orders of less than 10 devices. If you need more than this on a next day service, please contact us prior to placing your order.
  • Orders placed over weekends or Bank Holidays are processed the next working day.
  • During exceptionally busy periods, these delivery times may change. If there are any delays, you will be informed of this during the checkout process.
  • We only ship to addresses in the UK.
